About these terms

Pulseflip is an arcade game provided by Aditya Kumar under BuildrStudio for personal entertainment. By using the game, you agree to these terms and the applicable app license. Contact buildrstudioin@gmail.com with questions.

App license and permitted use

For an App Store download, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is supplied with the app. It governs your license, permitted use, intellectual property, warranties, and liability. These terms supplement that license and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Do not interfere with game services, manipulate purchases or submitted scores, or infringe other people’s rights. The app and its artwork, audio, and code remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Optional purchases and ads

Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase handled by Apple. The localized price and purchase details shown before confirmation apply. Restore eligible purchases using Restore Purchases and the same Apple Account. Purchases are separate from locally earned Sparks and cosmetic unlocks; Sparks have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

Refund requests for Apple purchases can be made through Apple’s purchase support, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law. Remove Ads permanently removes automatic ads and gives owners an ad-free Classic revive. For other players, optional rewarded revives depend on ad availability and successful reward completion. Classic permits at most one revive per run. Daily Challenge does not offer revives; revived Classic results are unranked.

Progress and service availability

Progress is saved locally without a game cloud backup. Deleting app data or changing devices may remove it. Restoring a purchase does not restore scores, Sparks, or unlocked cosmetics. Purchases, ads, and Game Center require the relevant external services and may be unavailable offline or in some builds.

Features, courses, and compatibility may change with updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or future content. Warranty and liability provisions in the applicable app license remain subject to your statutory rights.
